Job Description
We have an immediate need for a Marketing Compliance Coordinator in our Medicare Marketing organization. The Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in the marketing risk management process by ensuring communications compliance, as well as performing many internal audit and administrative tasks. The Coordinator will be required to keep up-to-date on all regulatory and compliance guidelines, track the compliance approval process for all Medicare marketing materials as well as help educate and train business partners on marketing compliance guidelines. The candidate must be very organized and comfortable working with a wide variety of business partners in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will also assist in management of creative agency contracts to ensure alignment to approved budgets.
He/she will report to the Head of the Medicare Creative and Compliance Center of Excellence.
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years experience in marketing and/or brand management preferable within regulated industry
• 1-3 years of experience MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 1-3 years of project management experience
