Responsibilities

 

  • Leading technology strategy & innovation, mapping business value to technology capability, to enable consumption
  • Deliver the Enterprise Architecture for Industry Cloud & Cross Solutions
  • Connect Industry & Business priorities to Technology & Solution Areas
  • Business and Enterprise Architecture aligning Business Strategy to Technology Strategy
  • Guardian of Cross-Cloud solutions leveraging rich portfolio of Microsoft &Partner solutions
  • Change Agent internally and externally to inspire & ideate about the possibilities technology provides
  • Trusted innovation strategist with deep business and broad technology understanding
  • Driver of 3 Horizon roadmap to enable customer’s Digital Transformation/Innovation agenda and strong Horizon 2/3 focus
  • Leading technology & digital strategy with CTO/CDO/CIO
  • Help customers understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies
  • Driver of complete Microsoft portfolio for increased capture of TAM and positioning Microsoft differentiators 

Qualifications

Common attributes we typically look for can include:

 

  • Expertise in digital transformation roles
  • Strong technical foundation, an individual who can coach a customer through a technical envisioning conversation (Business and Technical)
  • Ability to connect the technical capabilities necessary to achieve the customer business outcome
  • Change Leadership Skills - Fully achieving the business impact customers demand requires the sustained usage of our solutions and cloud services. This can only be achieved by helping the customer fully integrate our cloud services into the work flows and processes of their business.
    Must genuinely enjoy working with customers (not just working on customer problems) and be curious
  • Ability to work with senior BDMs/TDMs to define clear outcomes for success and have an understanding of business processes – ideally with industry relevance
  • Possess solution and architecture knowledge that they are able to connect solutions to business outcomes a customer requires
  • Preferred Background in delivering large scale cloud transformation programs with UK Government
  • Considerable technical sales experience
