Joining Costa industry leading Property Team and reporting to the Propositions Implementation Manager, this role will be implementation & execution of new & existing formats [physical & operational] across the UK&I served platforms in equity, partnerships & PTS. Primarily accountable for successful execution, maintaining integrity of models & meeting commercial & operational metrics. A bit about the role... 

To provide continuity and oversight of end to end programme management including operational support, stakeholder engagement & communication and, insights to support performance and aftercare for New Store Openings and Renewals. This Programme Office role provides remote, focused programme support and analysis that drives ROI

• Manages the end to end New Store Opening  or Renewal projects from set-up tracking and governance risks, issues, dependencies
• Ensures that the projects are delivered through others including Operations, Construction, and People.
• Support with the ordering of equipment
• Support Issue resolution/ contact / communication with functions
• Co-ordinate store opening and outstanding action plan
• Co-ordinate aftercare / review / Sign off– Remote data collection, insights, trends & feedback to Proposition
• Performance review– Remote data collection, insights, trends
• Lessons Learned/Best practice
• Co-ordinating communications & engagement
• Support Issue resolution/ contact with functions post handover e.g. marketing, finance, partnerships
