POSITION SUMMARY

:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:•

 Plan and deliver sales target for the Douyin stores in charge• Manage DP's delivery quality and efficiency to achieve commercial targets• Manage daily livestreaming and coordinate across internal and DP to ensure the efficiency• Campaign planning and delivery by coordinating internal and external parities• Business performance reporting on regular basis• Analyze business data to build growth opportunities across product, mkt ,industry insights and Competitors analysis• Contact with platform category lead to maximize traffic and sales opportunities

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:

 Internal: e-Com department, PVH Finance & Accounting, Planning, Brand MarketingExternal: online platforms and 3rd party service providers

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct: 1 subordinateIn-Direct: DP's Store Managers and Operation teamsKEY COMPETENCIES• Strong management skills especially experienced in managing vendors• Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills - with proven ability to manage multiple tasks• Leadership with influence capability• In-depth understanding of livestreaming game rules especially in marketplace environment• Hands on experience with Ecom store/livestreaming operation and familiar with backend tools• Strong business sense and being data driven• Strong interpersonal & communication skills• Passionate, responsive strong willingness to learn and grow

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:• 4 years+ hands on working experience in International brand Ecom operation• Experience/knowledge about Douyin platform is highly preferred• Experience with online platforms, especially Tmall, JD, official site, and wechat mini program is a plus• Vendor management experience is plusSkills:• Good oral/written English• Good Computer and software skills• Team playerEducation: Bachelor degree or higher-level education
