P&G is looking for a Stewardship Specialist at our Dallas Mixing Center who will play a key role in driving the Internal Control program at the site and across the Mixing Center (Consumer Response Network). This position is also responsible for support key Financial and/or Purchasing Systems and Processes for the site to ensure accurate record keeping, timely payment of invoices, and data reporting and analysis as needed.

This individual will own Site Access Control for all P&G Systems, Sponsor all non-P&G employees, operate as the Compensating Controls Owner insuring all SAP Access is controlled and potential fraudulent transactions are investigated. Additionally, they will own / drive one or more of the MAGICS Toolkits at the site, execute testing of multiple toolkits, and become a Network Champion training and qualifying individuals on the toolkit they master. As we continue to drive future innovation at the mixing center and drive enhancements in our Internal Controls program this role will learn about IT Controls, Information Security, Fixed Assets, and more.

You will be an excellent fit if you have:

1) Leadership - This individual will be responsible to drive improvements that have been identified from both our site and others in the network to our 3PL partners for execution. This will require daily / weekly interfaces with key 3PL partners, loss elimination events and work process improvements. Creating, deploying, and maintaining high quality standard operating procedures and defining daily management systems that insure we are driving out defects.

2) Autonomy - The Mixing Center has a very small P&G team that is involved in all levels of the supply chain, working with customers, the SPS, our EBP, etc. This role will be required to identify losses within our governance program and eliminate them with our partners with a very low level of direct oversite.

Execution of daily / monthly / quarterly audits and tasks will need to be performed without prompting.

3) Communication - This role will be responsible for creating new standards and improving the current standards at the site and within the network. Detailing the criteria and the work processes so that they can easily be followed and capturing follow-up / action plans for improvement. The individual will be engaged with resources across all the Mixing Centers and will need to be able to effectively communicate with peers remotely and across functions.

4) MAGICS and / or Internal Controls - The individual will be extremely focused on driving improvements in our Internal Controls / Governance / Stewardship programs. Plant experience in the MAGICS Pillar will make the transition easier, however we will train the individual on all toolkits and work processes (individuals without MAGICS experience should still apply)

5) SAP Capability - Ideally the individual will have SAP Capabilities to be able to quickly understand access control, conflicting capabilities, etc. We will train and qualify the individual on the tasks needed within these systems making this a very desirable qualification but not a MUST for the role (individuals without SAP capability should still apply)

  • Must have minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • SAP preferred
  • Strong communication (both written and oral)
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Ownership of work and accountable for results
  • Relocation not offered for this position
