Amazon is seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to fill the role of Start-Up Inventory Specialist within our fast-paced EU AMZL Launch & Expansion team. They will work as the administrative liaison between our vendors/suppliers, Launch Procurement and Launch Execution Managers, owning the end-to-end process of ordering and managing all necessary inventory requirements relating to all launch and expansion projects within the EU.

Job Elements
• Place purchase orders
• Track status of purchase orders
• Receive goods in to Oracle systems
• Research missing items
• Assist with payment inquiries
• Collaborate with project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records
• Assist in inventory control
Required skills
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized and adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must be able to read and take direction in English
• Fluent in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes
