As a Business Analyst, following tasks need to be performed:

• Work with business to enable the Supplier Digitization Program(Schneider Supplier Portal - Supply Chain Management - on SupplyOn) in the Procure to Pay space.
• To collect requirements from the business teams and tranlate them into solution documents by conductng workshops.
• To prepare Functional Specification documents, Impact Analysis documents, Volumetric documents etc.
• Conducting UAT sessions with the Business and getting the Sign-Offs.
• Liaising with Development Team & Testing team - explaining requirements, constantly reviewing and giving feedback on the release, resolving queries
• Work with ERP functional experts for any process/SSP solution queries, suggestions etc.
• Drive new projects under the SSP SCM perimeter.
• Review Training material as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate from any permier institute. - MBA is a Plus.
• Experience in SCM Business domain. (Min 5 yrs)
