Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline and a minimum of three years of project management experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related experience in project management.

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated history of performing in depth analysis of policies, processes, or systems to create valuable business solutions is strongly preferred
• Strong detail orientation and learning agility to quickly become “up to speed” on the Policy Servicing platform
• Capable of planning and prioritizing quickly to work across multiple agendas simultaneously and build strong partnerships with different stakeholder groups
• Experience developing people for success is critical, but previous management experience is not required
• Experience in project ownership or leadership

Compensation

• $78,700 - $104,900/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
