India Global Selling team enables cross boarder commerce in India . Our team supports Indian sellers to sell globally and international sellers to list products in India . The team will build solutions to complex cross border selling challenges in fulfillment, listing , payments , returns and adhering to various compliance requirements.
At a strategic level, our development team will be instrumental in shaping the products direction and will be actively involved in defining key product features that impact the business.

At a strategic level, our development team will be instrumental in shaping the products direction and will be actively involved in defining key product features that impact the business. As a TPM you will:
· Own goals end-trend involving cross functional projects and stakeholder management.

· Work closely with business and tech leadership to define product and tech roadmap.
·
· Solve customer projects by applying technical and problem solving skills.
·
· Work closely with SDEs/SDMs and play a pivotal role in defining system architecture.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
· 5+ years of technical program management experience
· 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
· 2+ years of technical program management experience
· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field)
· Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Engineering
· Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills (C/C++ and/or Java preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform)
· Understanding of Data structure, Algorithms and System Design.
· Proven track record of driving large scale projects involving tech complexity, ambiguity and dependency on multiple tech/non-tech stakeholders.
· Excellent communication skills

· Experience in product management.
· Experience in AWS frameworks/tools/technologies.
