A major channel how customers use Amazon Business is through their ERP/eProcurement integration channels. Our team is responsible for building the best shopping experience for business customers through electronic integrations and APIs, and accelerating the adoption of integration products and features. To do so, we are leveraging industry standards for interoperability and creating new standards to innovate the way B2B electronic integration works. You will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the shopping and ordering experience that will enable testing, and go-live for integrated customers. You will help redefine normal for this segment of the market. You will help translate business requirements to technical deliverables and deliver operationally stable solutions that provide a delightful customer experience. You need to have strong sense of ownership, passion to provide great customer experience and excellent troubleshooting skills.
We are looking for passionate and hard-working Software Engineers who have experience of building innovative, mission-critical, high volume applications that customers love.

As a Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Business Integrations Team, you will be responsible for leading the projects and launch of core capabilities of products/features. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these integrated product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
· 5+ years of technical program management experience
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+yrs to 12 years of industry experience.
Solid experience in C, C++, Java or Python (expert in at least one).
Solid expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms.
Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concepts.
Experience with scaling and performance of large systems.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development
· Experience developing storage software with knowledge of storage protocols
· Understanding of storage performance challenges and their solutions
· Familiar with building secure software and security algorithms
· Experience building scalable infrastructure software or distributed systems
· Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
