The Sr. Supply Business Intelligence Functional Expert is a leader in the development and application of best practice business processes as it relates to Business Intelligence and related tools for MW Supply Chain. This associate is responsible for ensuring compliance/adherence of current processes across the business unit, as well as influencing and leading change as necessary from both a regional and global perspective.

What are we looking for?

• · BS/BA Degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Business, Systems Applications or Data related field

  · 5 -7 years experience with CPG company within a Supply Chain function, with focus on Data, Analytics, Business Systems, or Reporting.

  · Advanced SAP experience required.

  · Advanced ability to join multiple data sets and build Tableau visualizations required.

  · Intermediate knowledge of Dremio or SQL required.

  · Strong knowledge in analytics, data concepts and industry standard tools.

  · Demonstrated ability to influence adoption of a significant recommendation involving business process changes and/or new system applications.

  · Proven ability to work across various functions, segments, and regions.

  · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• This role will focus on leading, designing, developing, integrating and implementing innovative, cutting edge, technical solutions to support the Business Intelligence platform.
• Recommend business process changes or enhancement of current process best practices to all levels within the business in order to deliver required efficiencies
• Engage with Supply Leaders and Mars Digital Technologies to ensure that all business intelligence solutions are consistent with the business strategies across MW.

• Collaborate with peer group, key stakeholders and functional leads to understand current technical issues and partner to resolve.
