Job Description Summary
Providing tier1 and 2 Linux Systems operational support and engineering in a SaaS environment; Engaging with systems application and engineering teams with service improvements, incident post mortems and new service projects; Following operations policies and procedures for production Installing, configuring, and maintaining production systems and applications; Building and creating tools, scripts, and operating procedures for continuous service improvements; Deploying new releases and patches to test and production environments manually and with release automation; and Creating, update service scripts and procedure development and documentation and support 24x7 On-Call rotation. Support and enhance production applications (Existing Marketo services, cloud-based and internet-related toolsets) and new production products in existing Data Center and Cloud (internal/external) environments. At higher job levels, may contribute to the development, testing, evaluation or design of system or infrastructure architecture used throughout the IT solution set.
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $127,000 - $164,900
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
