The Opportunity

The Sr. Program Manager position is a business operations role that owns the planning, managing, tracking, reporting/communication, and execution of key programs across Workfront’s Customer Success organization. This role is key to growing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization to deliver against customer-facing initiatives, including coordination of the creation and delivery of relevant content and services across all customer segments.

What you’ll do

  • Own the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key programs using common frameworks, methodologies, and standardized practices and approaches.
  • As a member of the leadership team, carry out operating rhythm and repeatable program engagement within Workfront Customer Success teams, across organizations within the Workfront Business Unit, and across the broader DX organization.
  • Responsible for ensuring programs are crafted to meet clearly articulated business objectives, and that effective tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the program.
  • As programs are implemented, lead Change Management efforts to ensure clear communications and program adoption
  • Orchestrates communications to provide clear project transparency
  • Actively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for timely resolution
  • Brings new practical improvements to the organization
  • Evangelize program scope to maintain focus on core business objectives within time and budget constraints

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability as a full time Sr. Program Manager leading large initiatives
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaborator. Ability to facilitate relationships across teams and cross-organizationally to strengthen Customer Success’s collaborative partnership.
  • Inventive problem-solver who can lead key partners to address business problems, beyond assigning tasks and taking minutes
  • High attention to detail; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present at all levels
  • Is a motivated, self-starter, who can make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do demeanor
  • Commanding knowledge of various project and process applications
  • Passionate about Customer Success and developing excellent structures, processes, and people.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
