Amazon is looking for an analytical self-starter and creative leader to join the Amazon Devices team to drive go-to-market efforts with our retail partners. The Offline Retail team, within Amazon Devices, owns the strategy and processes to ensure our retail partners are successful with Amazon devices. You will lead go-to-market readiness for multiple Amazon Product Lines for Offline Retail, while also driving projects to improve how we scale our operations and tools. This role requires working cross-group with multiple teams and senior leaders across the Devices organization.

Job responsibilities

• Continuously improve your technical, retail channel, supply chain, and product knowledge
• Work with a broad cross-section of internal teams to execute the launch operations playbook and critical paths for offline market segments
• Effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance customer and company needs
• Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability by leading and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders, and reporting using centralized information repositories and/or email updates.
• Anticipate changes and bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical and operational constraints; and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit
• Use continuous improvement methods to identify and reduce waste work through implementing new mechanisms.

· Do you have consolidated/demonstrable experience in program or project management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Program Management experience
• Passion for technology and Amazon devices
• Bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Proven experience with process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Data analysis, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong sense of ownership
• Excellent skills in Excel or other Business Intelligence or analytical tools
• Strong computer skills, especially the MS Office Suite
• Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Master’s degree (MBA, Math, Engineering, Science)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, highly matrixed environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of the consumer electronic device life-cycle
• Solid grasp of the physical goods supply chain
• 2+ years supporting sales teams, direct sales experience, or driving a go-to-market strategy
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and translate customer needs into business and product requirements
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design and merchandizing teams Possesses excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
• Experience with digital asset management solutions
• Thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
