The position is part of the Enterprise Technology Process & Performance organization. Our charter is to establish and measure performance across BU’s and act as a process competency center for an effective and efficient organization. Our key priorities are to drive efficiencies more cohesively across our technology teams, establish performance analytics and reporting, instill a culture of talent development and learning, strengthen Demand Management, drive excellence in our PMO practices to ensure project quality, and optimize core organization process and partnerships.
In this role, you will operate as a Chief of Staff and report to the VP of Technology for Process & Performance with a dotted line to Technology Leadership Team member at the SVP, VP level. This role is a critical member of the functional leadership team and is responsible for effectively driving the business operations of that organization, managing specific organizational strategies, and facilitating the strategic planning processes.
