This role can be located at one of our Amazon offices in UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain

We are looking for a seasoned Sr Partnerships Marketing manager to own the development and execution of strategic partnerships and joint marketing programs with Consumer (1P and 3P) teams to accelerate adoption and growth of our EU selling partners into Amazon Ads. As a Senior Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will own shared goals with consumer teams and participate in developing the strategy and vision for improving adoption of Sponsored Ads among selling partners. You should be able to define the program, set objectives, analyse data, drive improvements that are quantified with metrics, and influence and drive large initiatives across consumer teams.

The role requires a high level of customer obsession and Earns trust and is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with consumer teams and POCs to negotiate and finalize joint plans and activities. If you are organized, analytical, and data driven, with an interest to build relationships and deliver joint plans, this is a great role for you.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive the entire partnership including shared goals and initiatives with consumer teams
• Define co-marketing initiative roadmap and programs that have clear and measurable success criteria to accelerate EU Sponsored Ads adoption
• Create plans and initiatives Dive deep to understand Amazon’s Ads business to uncover unique insights and opportunities
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage relationships
• Analyse the impact and results of initiatives impacting the program, and share results with senior leaders and stakeholders across Ads and consumer teams


About the team
Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of ecommerce and Ads, offering a rich array of digital Ads solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. A strategically important part of our charter is to drive adoption across a portfolio of self-service, cost per click Ads products to enable head to tail advertisers to engage with customers in relevant ways. Our team is tasked with making it easy for our selling partners to advertise their products, thereby increasing the visibility of their products, which also helps Amazon customers discover more selection—a win-win!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related area
• Relevant experience in Partnership or business development with strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate individuals and partners to achieve objectives
• Experience building, executing and scaling demand generation programs
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related area
• SQL knowledge
• Previous Ads, retail, and/or tech business experience
• Decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams
• Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
• Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
