Through a growing network of convenient, high value host locations, our locker and counter products offer customers greater security, flexibility, and control, while reducing transportation costs and environmental footprint.
Our growing team is looking for an analytical, customer-obsessed, marketing leader to join us as the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for the Hub network in United Kingdom and Germany. (UK/DE).
As a member of Hub Partner Marketing, you will work with a diverse team of marketers and business leaders to develop and deploy B2B strategies that support partner demand generation, as well as expand our relationship with existing retailers through education and engagement. You’ll also develop strategy, and lead execution and optimization of creative, results-oriented B2C co-marketing programs and channel initiatives with key partners to drive customer awareness, acquisition, and engagement in the Amazon Hub network. As a primary contact between business and brand teams, you will have the opportunity to influence and collaborate on consumer marketing, product development, and operations, using your creative problem-solving skills to remove roadblocks and push work forward.

This is a highly visible position across regional and global sales and marketing teams within the Amazon Hub business. This is located in either of our UK, Germany, or Luxembourg office, and reports to the Global Head of Amazon Hub Partner Marketing.
Key job responsibilities
Own the Partner Funnel:
-Own crafting the narrative and tools to elevate the entire partner funnel from prospect acquisition, lead nurturing, on-boarding and post on-boarding experience, to partner engagement and retention.
-Identify marketing content and measurement strategies to accelerate the funnel.
-Create and execute strategies that drive demand, covert leads and unlock value for our host partners across multiple verticals across UK/DE.
-Expand Consumer Marketing With Partners:
Think big to create cohesive partner strategies to build Amazon Hub awareness and engagement with our joint customers.
-Develop, pilot, scale and measure best-in-class co-marketing campaigns with partners that effectively drive awareness and adoption of Hub services.
-Lead scalable co-marketing strategies, campaigns, and KPI measurement supporting a range of locales and partner verticals across UK/DE including department store, grocery, pharmacy, QSR and government.
-Conceptualize and create new capabilities for leveraging the Hub service and partner relationships to surprise and delight customers with personal, local, and impactful experiences and service benefits.
-Elevate the Partner and Customer Experience:
Leverage partner survey data to unlock solutions that address pain points, informing new tools, processes, and strategies across functions.
-Work across functions and teams to drive alignment and problem solve to benefit partner and customers.
A day in the life
-Support the Partner Funnel: crafting B2B pitches and content, pitching to new partners, opening/testing new B2B channels.
-Expand Consumer Marketing With Partners: respond to partner inquiries for B2B2C marketing support in-store and on their channels
-Brief and guide development of B2C marketing content. Drive test and learn initiatives for new acquisition marketing capabilities.
-Work directly with Design, B2C marketing, Brand Design, Brand Marketing, Ops, Product, Business Development, Account Management, VOP and VOC on a daily basis.
-Elevate the Partner and Customer Experience:
Leverage partner surveys to unlock solutions addressing pain points. Inform new tools, processes, and strategies across functions.
About the team
The Partner Marketing team looks after a global network of Hub Host Partners. Our team supports the full sales funnel developing messaging for lead gen and engage in first pitch with prospective partners. We also build tools to help partners onboard successfully. Once on-boarded, we support partners with marketing materials, campaign partnerships, and other B2B2C marketing capabilities to fuel acquisition of customers. Amazon benefits in net trans savings. · Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
· Relevant professional experience with emphasis on physical retail marketing and/or partner marketing
· Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) and/or business-to-consumer (B2C) environments
· Excellent project management skills
· Knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce a plus
· English Language Proficiency required.
· MBA
· Excellent inter-team working skills to develop strong relationships with sales, marketing, tech, and operations teams, as well as partners
· Additional proficiency in German a plus
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to translate conceptual initiatives into detailed operating plans
· Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
· Proven experience developing consumer marketing strategies that drove physical retail track Marketing experience across UK and Germany.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely
· Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
· Experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
· Working knowledge of best practices in digital marketing and social media
· Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
· Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
· Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
· Willing to travel to meet with sales leaders, partners and attend event
