Job Summary:

Manage packaging development projects from cradle to crave, explore saving opportunities for the category in the packaging area and drive discussion with stakeholders for the implementation, lead processes and products innovation with local and Global team and third parties, evaluate and coordinate activities for continuous improvement in association with the plant, drive initiatives to increase the sustainability profile of our packaging portfolio. Support commercial areas and be a reference of packaging developments in the E2E organization. Essential Job Functions• Operational support: Monitoring packaging quality, Test new materials, processes and equipment for in house and at third party facilities. Support Procurement on new suppliers validation. Apply Continuous improvement methodology to troubleshoot production line material related issues.• Injection and blow molding skills Approve technical drawings of molds and validate new equipment with the "try-out's" methodology.• Technical services: Prepare PMPS ( Packaging Material Purchase Specification) through PGSS, elaborate technical specifications for regular and promo SKUs, prepare RFMC, Prepare BoM. Prepare Check list and BPM for AW submission. Knowledge of MDM, SAP, BEAT and e-TT systems and tools.• Elaborate POP ́s.• Evaluate and approve quality and packaging standards (colors, specifications). Approve ArtWorks into BEAT• Generate projects of saving for the category.• Align and meet the requirements of the (FP&R) as applicable to the function.• Knowledge of basic financial parameters impacting the function. NVO ́s and OPC control and monitoring.

Basic Requirements• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree• Good to very good written and oral communication (Portuguese and English), Good business presentation skills• Knowledge of packaging technologies such as injection and/or blowing and/or lamination and/or printing• Experience in Packaging or related in food industry, CPMG, cosmetics or pharmaceuticalDesirable Requirements• Experience with sustainable or recyclable packaging• Drive tools in SAP
