Sr. Oracle Commerce Cloud Manager
Position is for a Senior Manager having an implementation background in Commerce Cloud Applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Expertise and work efforts focus primarily on being a subject matter expert on Oracle Commerce Cloud product to ensure quality of project deliverables. This Professional operates under minimal supervision on medium to large size projects involving multiple products and/or platforms. This person works closely with internal/external customers, architects and other consulting engineers and achieves results through strong subject matter expertise, collaboration, and teamwork. The ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers is a must.
As a manager, you will have the opportunity to work on many different projects and assume varying responsibilities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and work with other members of the team to deliver high quality product code on time
- Estimate level of effort to difficult to complex requirements
- Create key project deliverables, including technical specifications
- Submit status updates on all project activities to the leadership team
- Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and without the need for individual task-management and supervision.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent experience in technology-related field
- 10+ years of Ecommerce domain experience
- 2 - 3 B2B project implementations experience in Oracle commerce cloud
- Knowledgeable in best practices and design patterns
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and have a great attitude as a team player
- Experience with other Oracle products like Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus
We expect candidate to have:
- Strong Commerce Cloud knowledge and concepts.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Commerce Cloud.

- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer’s critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.

- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.
