As Sales Operations Manager, you will be the gatekeeper for the total company's sales number. You will also be responsible for the source of data for all sales people, running analytics & dashboards to easily identify gaps and opportunities.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
• Ensure that Gross to Net (G2N) lands as per target• Execute monthly product reconciliation for General Trade (GT) to ensure stock variance is minimal• Provide monthly dashboard to top management and channel leads• Work closely with commercial excellence team on product focus and dashboard reporting• Provide monthly analytics on market return• Serve as key liaison with Supply Chain on sales ordering pattern to achieve healthy sales forecast accuracy• Consolidate and report incentive achievements for GSK sales team & Distributors' sales team• Ensure aging for both distributor and key accounts are reduced• Provide analytics on data to identify sales opportunities• Serve as owner of all sales system (Trade Spend Management (TSM), Sales Force Analytics (SFA), and Power Business Intelligence)Why you?
Basic Qualifications
: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:• Bachelor's degree• Experience with sales tracking systems (Sales Operation Manager/Sales Force Effectiveness)• Experience with Excel and creating dashboards and analytics• Experience in sales support for a large consumer product or pharmaceutical organization
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:• Degree in computer science or information technology• Ability to work across departmental boundaries• Ability to problem solve with limited information• Effective communication and presentation skills
