The Opportunity

Adobe\'s Lifecycle Marketing team is passionate about delivering impactful and effective marketing programs to our customers. Our goal is to drive long-term growth for Adobe through technology-driven scalable marketing solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for building exceptional customer experiences to create and drive a united audience segmentation strategy across media channels.

The person will work directly with marketing, analytics, and data science leaders to define the long-term segmentation strategy across media channels, ensuring that this strategy aligns with our marketing objectives. In this highly visible role, the candidate will support the development and automation of audience segments allowing marketing teams to scale personalized marketing programs globally for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

What you\'ll Do

  • Develop an audience segmentation strategy aligned to business objectives and technical requirements, providing customers with a tailored multi-channel journey
  • Work with data partners to create unique audiences using a variety of data sources, automating data delivery to multiple platforms
  • Evaluate existing data collection and segmentation capabilities to identify opportunities for new test & learn use cases that align with the overall vision
  • Build a long term audience segmentation vision that addresses cookie depreciation, evolves privacy controls, and instills data governance and stewardship across deployment teams

What you need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in email and/or performance marketing with an emphasis on audience segmentation
  • Analytically minded strategist with strong Excel, Tableau, Power BI skillset, Sequel Server experience preferred; ability to draw insights from large datasets
  • Experience and familiarity with the following (a plus but not a hard requirement): Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting project timelines with minimal mentorship
  • Experience in creating brand/digital/media strategies along with a practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
