Responsible for supporting of supplier diversity category plans across priority areas and supporting the execution of supplier diversity strategy working with procurement and business personnel. To ensure the integration of supplier diversity in Procurement and business Process and Systems. Responsible for ensuring continual improvement in systems and processes. This includes leading projects, collaborating with Global Procurement -Sourcing, North America Operating Unit (NAOU), Corporate Center and CCBSS and other internal business and external stakeholders to support the development and optimize sourcing and inclusion in procurement systems and purchasing activity.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Work with procurement team to implement competitive, sourcing policies, procedures, and governance, business development, supplier relations, continuous improvement, quality, and diversity and inclusion practices, etc.      
Develop business plans for each category the supports the overall supplier diversity Strategy to grow supplier diversity spend, create a sustained pipeline of diverse suppliers and expand categories where diverse suppliers are uses.
Provide tools and best practices to enable the business and procurement teams to include diverse suppliers in their sourcing strategies.
Develop metrics and targets for supplier diversity team and business and procurement teams.
Identify existing and creative was to include diverse suppliers in the supply chain pipeline including partnerships
Work with Prime suppliers to maximize 2nd tier spend.
Represent the company external to engage and identify diverse suppliers
Direct and mentor procurement and business teams for a deeper understanding of procurement processes and systems, as well as strategic sourcing goals for diverse supplies, practices, and processes to ensure they can effectively implement and collaborate across business units/functions
Review, maintain and develop Procurement policies to ensure world class supplier diversity program procurement  process and systems are implemented and utilized within the company and by suppliers
Ensure cross-functional participation in processes which require routine interaction with mid-and executive level management    
Identify areas for process standardization and/or elimination with a focus on improved customer
The position requires a deep understanding of procurement and supplier diversity best practices, systems, and policies, and use of data to implement those practices to drive enhanced economic value to the company.  
Interact with internal senior and other procurement, financial and operational professionals, and external stakeholders in defining future state as well managing and improving diversity spending trends in the current state.  
Provide insight in defining future state procurement process, technology and tools related to supplier diversity. 
Support, collaborate and influence all functions and operational units engaged in Procurement Programs on the supplier diversity vision and approach to ensure that the business case for diversity and inclusion is understood and sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
10 years of progressive career experience with a proven track record of developing sourcing strategy.
Passion for driving diversity and inclusion in procurement program or other business areas
Interaction with Procurement/Business leadership and other internal and external stakeholders. 
This role will also have to influence internal and external stakeholders to engage in change management to embrace and leverage Supplier Diversity across the system. 
Ability to analyze KBI/process metric performance, identify improvement opportunities, and show statistically significant change
Good Presentation skills, both oral and visual representation of the material
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree Required/Master’s Degree Preferred

Supplier Diversity, Supply chain, Procurement and Project management
Procurement Experience
5-10 Years business experience, supporting operations-related work with Analysis
Experience in managing transformation routines and disciplines to drive and measure economic value to the company.
