The vision of the Walt Disney World Marketing Strategy organization is to be the most innovative marketers of immersive entertainment, inspiring people worldwide to make their Disney dreams come true. The team is responsible for driving consumer demand and helping achieve business objectives (revenue, attendance, occupancy) for the Walt Disney World Resort, which consists of 4 Theme Parks, 2 Water Parks, 30 Resort Hotels, and Disney Springs, a retail, dining, and entertainment complex. The team achieves these goals by developing business and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns that drive consumer behavior. The team also oversees the management of plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across a range of marketing tactics.
As the Sr. Manager you will lead a high performing team responsible for the development of consumer insight-driven marketing strategies to achieve short-term business commitments and create long-term growth opportunities.
