Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder program with a focus on elevating communications, developing custom experiences, enhancing focused service, optimizing product offerings, and driving the go-to-market approach.
- Lead and direct Florida-focused marketing strategies and communication plans creating campaigns that connect, excite, inspire, and activate
- Collaborate with world-class internal partners and lead a team of direct reports
- Maintain subject matter expertise on audience and industry
- Assess performance, needs, and opportunities to inform approach
- Cultivate an environment of creativity, innovation, and activation
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a marketing strategy setting
- 5+ years with direct leadership experience
- Experience developing marketing strategies and plans rooted in consumer insights and data
- Commercial sensibility
- Partnership skills
- Experience presenting to executives / effectively interfaces with executives
- Understanding of content creation
- Anticipates business needs
- P&L experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Marketing/Commercial Strategy, Digital, Sales, Pricing and other business leadership roles
- Experience with affinity audiences and creating activations
- Experience driving content or content strategies for social media
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
Preferred Education
Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
