Core Responsibilities

The role will work closely with senior counterparts in Sales, Retail and Product Development teams, understanding their needs and problem solving to define the best way forward for LEGO Group. Your work will bring our commercial strategy to life, unpicking the complexities to create guidelines, tools and training that will support teams around the world to make better decisions every day The role will be supported by a team of commercial specialists and the head of RM&P. Moreover, the role will:

• Lead analysis and problem solving for projects across Market & Commercial Development (MCD), such as building the business case for more exclusive items.

• Drive our agenda towards fact-based decision making and support making global-level decisions by structuring insights into compelling recommendations.

• Take ownership of critical business processes led by RM&P, such owning a market groups pricing process.

• Drive own projects within RM&P, such as formulating global promotion guidelines.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Joining the global RM&P team within MCD at our headquarters in Billund. You will be part of a commercial centre of excellence driving the next phase of growth at LEGO Group, focussed on the commercial levers we can use to grow Net Revenue. This will involve impacting our global approach to key levers such as; Pricing, Promotions and Trade terms.

Do you have what it takes?

For this position, it is vital that you have strong analytical skills, solid understanding of commercial trade-offs and investment incentives and the ability to maintain a well-rounded business view as you work. You are ambitious and able to grow a solid network in a global setting that you can use to influence and define terms that favour company needs.

You bring:

• 5+ years’ experience from an CPG company or retailer. Alternatively, a background from management consulting with practical knowledge from working with revenue management cases with similar scope.

• 5+ years’ experience within a revenue management, commercial excellence, pricing, finance or similar function.

• Advanced excel & PowerBI skills.
