Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sr. Manager supports Fidelity Digital Funds by executing the day-to-day operations of digital asset investment products. In this diverse role, this person will interact with fund management, business partners, fund administrators, distribution channels, and investment professionals and will perform activities that reach across each of these domains. This person will support the investment lifecycle and associated processes, coordinate the flow of funds into/out of investment products, ensure operational risks and controls are appropriately aligned, and will be involved in the design and implementation of future operational processes alongside business growth. This is a very dynamic role with an opportunity to be involved in the build-out of investment management capabilities for an emerging asset class. 

The Expertise You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in fund/investment operations

  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis on business and/or financial services preferred

  • Foundational understanding of financial services back, middle, and front office operations

  • Quality delivery and execution; attention to detail is paramount

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic asset management environment
