In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the HR Solutions Team at Colgate. Our highly energetic and focused Team is dedicated to enable top class technology for our talented HR team. The Sr HR Solutions Specialist owns and drives the whole End to End Testing Strategy & Approach for all HR Solutions Projects with a focus on SuccessFactors modules and connected systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive testing strategies and plans for the different project testing cycles (Sprint Testing, UAT, etc.) across all project workstreams in close collaboration with the HR Solutions, HR COHREs, Shared Services HR, Local HR Teams, IT HR teams. This includes:
- Creating, introducing and applying clearly defined exit criteria for respective testing cycles and KPIs to measure and keep track of testing efforts
- Creating baseline end to end test scripts for the SuccessFactors modules testing
- Secure documentation of testing activities and regression testing cycles
- Explore opportunities and provide recommendations on where testing efforts could be automated
- Manage translations with local teams and external translation vendors where applicable
- Continuously assessing, pivoting and evolving the testing strategies and plans to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Support workstream leads in preparation for testing by:
- Laying testing foundation per workstream
- Creating testing plans and timelines aligned with internal and external stakeholders
- Scoping out effort, skill requirement & persona’s
- Support in the development of Test Scripts
- Support in coordinating major Testing rounds
- Provide testing expertise and train extended testing team members on the following:
- Define roles of extended testing team members and support them in preparing testing documents, clearly documenting and retesting of all defects
- Facilitating testing sessions, consolidating and documenting all issues, and monitoring resolution and progress
- Coaching project team members on proper testing techniques and documentation requirements
- Ensure respective regression testing efforts when system changes are made
- Assisting with twice a year software releases and planning for respective testing efforts
Additional responsibilities
- Keeping abreast of external trends and testing technologies and trends
- System demos to global HR teams where applicable
- Support Manager HR Solutions in assessing testing needs for overall HR Digital Transformation roadmap and future projects
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting technology related projects in the HR space
- Experience in conducting complex End to End testing cycles with various stakeholders
- Desired expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and other software testing
- Preferred experience in working with cloud applications
- Experience as project team member or lead
- Strong computer skills, communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills required
- Proficiency in Google applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
