We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as Senior Human Resources Assistant (Sr.HRA) in our Customer Service team in India. We have roles based out of multiple sites – Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune. This is a full-time role, primarily responsible for providing an operational, value-add and best in class HR service to the CS teams in India, as well as work on process improvement projects and initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist the HR Business Partners and HR Manager with various assignments
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of all HR company procedures, with current legislation and Amazon policies
- Implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations
- Ensure regular connects with employees and frontline managers to gauge the pulse of the floor and share proactive insights and trends to the HRBPs, Ops leadership and CS ER team
- Produce HR reports, dashboards and analysis, including key HR metrics such as absenteeism, attrition, head count, employee career development portal, employee feedback surveys, etc. for monthly, quarterly, annual reviews for different business leaders
- Coach managers on good people management practices
- Conduct exit interviews and share analysis
- Address employee queries on Employee Lifecycle processes like - Exit process, Unpaid leaves, Job code/ family changes, Transfers, Exceptions of Policies
- Conduct training for frontline managers on various HR processes and tools
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions, pre-onboarding sessions
- Guide managers on performance management, PIP cases
- Partners with HRBPs in disciplinary or performance related actions
- Collaborate with other HR departments (HR Services, Benefits and Payroll) to drive adoption, and solve problems
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in the areas of HR, L&D or other related areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders
- Strong in MS Excel: pivot tables, charts, formulas, Vlookup, etc. and able to create Powerpoint presentations
- Hands-on approach
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that projects are driven as per plan
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Post graduate degree in HR
- Success in creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance management systems and employee development
- Exposure to talent analytics - ability to create reports and analyze employee metrics
- Able to travel, as appropriate.
