In this role you will partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the Business and HR to understand their priorities in order to provide proactive recruitment practices, requisition management and customer service to internal / external candidates. This person will be responsible to drive the campus recruitment strategy and talent attraction. This role will be responsible for enhancing the technology and analytics ecosystem for Talent Acquisition powered by AI, data and analytics for a good employee experience and to help us make data informed decisions.

What you will do

 

  • Manage recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, reference checks, and onboarding;
  • Lead the campus recruitment and talent attraction initiative with Business/HR in North America;
  • Lead the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through new solutions and technology;
  • Partner with other teams such as HR Business Partners, DE&I, People Analytics, IT, Legal, Total Rewards, and Internal Mobility as a TA Expert to influence and ensure an excellent experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and others;
  • Identify measurable success metrics and business trends and communicate them with the right audience;
  • Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices;
  • Lead and manage large-scale, Tech-wide projects through planning, development, launch and close;
  • Create transformational and innovative approaches to attracting top talent;
  • Provide market intelligence and metrics to the business in order to enable well-managed resources;
  • Manage executive search engagements from requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate contact including research, engagement strategies and candidate experience;
  • Integrate the use of competitive intelligence, analytics and metrics in recruiting, sourcing, marketing etc. to make data-informed decisions;
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set, and diversity);
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least 5 years of total experience, with at least three or more years of Recruitment or Business Partnering experience;
  • Ability to understand and implement HR technology;
  • Ability to be agile, adapt, adjust in a fast paced environment;
  • Experience in engaging and managing the performance of third-party search firms;
  • Knowledge of recruitment regulations for the region;
  • Ability to understand, analyze data;
  • Proficient in HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), (SAP, Successfactors or similar);
  • Ability to navigate on social media to source for people during the recruitment and selection process;
  • Ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business;
  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers;
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment;
  • Proficiency using HR information systems and reporting functionality;
  • Excellent research, project planning, and time management skills;
  • Establish strong partnerships with hiring teams to quickly assess business needs, determine candidate profile and launch a thorough hiring strategy;
  • Understanding and knowledge of building a global talent pool.


Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Master's Degree Concentration (major) in Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications Graduate degree (MS/MA, MBA);
  • Professional HR / TA Certification;
  • Experience of working with a third party recruitment model (RPO)
