• Working alongside Talent Consultants, you will gain an understanding of our strategic business priorities & talent requirements and target souring efforts to identify top passive digital, e-commerce, product technology, gaming, and metaverse talent.
• You'll define search strategies through collaboration with colleagues on important aspects of the external talent marketplace, which will be relevant for how we find top talent in an efficient and focused way.
• Your aim will be to build positive relationships with hiring leaders and the broader HR community, which will continue to solidify the internal team as a credible talent partner to the business.
• A core facet of your role will be to play an active part in increasing the diversity of our candidate pools.
• You will engage with passive talent on social media and professional networks for current open roles and for building future pipeline. You will be a knowledgeable brand ambassador and convert passive talent to engaged candidates.
• Contribute and lead various projects to ensure we continue to find unique opportunities for the global sourcing team to add value into the broader organization.
You'll be a member of the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team who are strategically positioned around the globe. Each member plays a key role in developing and crafting our EVP, elevating our Recruitment approach, innovating our future recruitment practices.
• Keen eye for talent, passion for championing the brand through a strong recruitment approach.
• Proven sourcing experience within the Digital Technology sector – either Agency/Search or Inhouse.
• Experience using digital sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other internet sourcing techniques.
• Curiosity to explore innovative approaches to sourcing, test and learn mentality, and passion to share and educate peers on approved future practices.
• Ability to effectively balance and prioritise multiple projects, communications, follow-through.
• Exercise excellent judgement on critical priorities which considers the needs of our candidates, clients, and the LEGO Group. Proactive, customer-centric and have a strong drive for results
• Strong project management experience, ability to manage a broad requisition load of niche and interesting open searches.
• Ability to work on a global team, collaborate across borders, and build trusting relationships.
