Key Deliverables:

· Review and develop capital expenditure recommendations by ensuring sound business justification, validating assumptions, understanding and developing discounted cash flow models, interacting with all stakeholders, and summarizing relevant data meaningfully.

· Facilitate execution of capital allocation by aiding in forecasting, reporting actual spending monthly, tracking individual project progression, ensuring timely approval of projects and completing post completion reviews on all capital projects in a timely manner.

· Assist and guide stakeholders in capital software understanding, input and approvals.

· Facilitate execution of 5-year Capital Strategic plan by assisting with target setting, project prioritization, and reporting.

· Analyze and develop lease proposals by substantiating the business case, performing lease vs. buy analyses, and writing recommendations.

· Work on special projects focused on accounting, financial analysis, financial forecasting, or financial reporting as required.

· Identify process improvement opportunities and manage the corresponding implementations.

· Develop credibility and build partnerships with key contacts within the regional finance, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Qualification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; and a CPA or CMA preferred

· Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously

· Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income sheet, cash flow, and working capital analysis

· Must be able to perform and have an understanding of cash flow modeling (DCF-ROI) and variance analysis

· Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial impacts of business decisions. Demonstrated ability to think from both financial and business perspectives.

· Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; SAP and BPC is desirable

· Knowledge of Food Ingredients or Corn Wet Milling industry (competition, business climate, manufacturing processes), a plus

· Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner
