Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement you will provide support for Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar deployment and progression across all manufacturing locations as directed. Examples of support include: pillar strategy, standard methods, assessment, loss analytics, and deployment of the right tools to eliminate losses. Helps with pillar education, training and creation of a continuous learning environment. Helps plants identify potential process issues and aids plan development and execution to overcome. Works with resources in the use of best practices across the enterprise. You will maintain strong SAP Plant Maintenance capability and provides training and support as needed. Direct support of the AMD Pillar will be required and supporting other CPS Pillars will likely be required. 3+ years related experience. 75%+ travel. Relocation likely not required depending on current location.

You Will:

• Understand and support the 4 Phases to Zero Breakdowns.
• Understand and support the 6 Steps of the PM Pillar.
• Understand and support the 7 Steps of the AMD Pillar.
• Understand and support PM Pillar DMS’s, systems, standards, and procedures.
• Own PM Pillar DMS’s systems, standards.
• Conduct/lead PM Pillar system training needs.
• Conduct/lead Step Up Card training/assessment.
• Own and/or manage PM Pillar documentation.
• Support efforts to optimize MRO inventories.
• Provide plant specific and one-on-one level SAP training and support.
• Support/participate site PM/CPS Phase assessments.
• Willingness and ability to travel 75+% of the time.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s (BS) Degree or equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of direct experience with maintenance functions and TPM/CPS PM Pillar systems.
• Experience owning, supporting, and driving elements of CPS such as: DMS’s, Failure elimination, MRO Storeroom optimization, AMD Support, etc.
• Experience conducting training, workshops, etc.
• Experience coaching systems implementation and continuous improvement.

• Strong SAP skills including MP&S and/or MRO related transactions & processes.
• Good understanding of food processing equipment and food manufacturing processes.
• Good organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Basic math skills, including basic statistics.
