The opportunity

Are you a well-rounded Content Strategist who loves translating user needs and content performance data into requirements for compelling content experiences? If you love digging into data and customer research and working with content teams to bring engaging content experiences to life, the Experience and Engagement Content Strategy team would love to meet you! 

We’re looking for a Sr. Content Strategist that will lead end-to-end learning and help content strategy for our teams. 

We’re passionate about crafting aligned learning journeys to help our customers grow their creative skills, unlocking deeper subscription value and product engagement through expanded knowledge. Your expertise in synthesizing customer learning goals and needs into measurable strategies across our in-app and web-based ecosystem will drive significant impact across our content organization. 

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with instructional designers, writers, data analysts, UX designers & researchers, product managers, and customer support strategists to deliver content strategies at scale. You’ll collaborate with creative and technical teams, as well as subject matter experts, to deliver clear, empathetic, content experiences that are user-centric and align to strategic business objectives. 

In this role you will:

  • Drive large-scale content strategy projects sought at scaling our help and learn ecosystem through self-serve content experiences
  • Collaborate with data analysts to define content KPIs across key journey touchpoints and implement a measurement recipe to measure content impact
  • Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process and release cycles, influencing strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Define the content strategy for a given project or product release, collaborating with content teams to develop clear and concise content across multiple touch points 
  • Work with other content strategists to maintain and evolve content strategy frameworks, standards, voice and tone guidelines and evangelize our practice across the company
  • Maintain a global mentality, advocating for designs and language that internationalize well
  • Share your work with your content strategy peers and contribute to the team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Work without close supervision but seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers

What you’ll need to succeed:

We’re looking for a candidate with a bachelors degree and proven experience in the content strategy, content design, or editorial strategy fields. 

  • 5-8 years of enterprise content strategy experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Validated time management and consensus building skills
  • Solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns
  • Strong project management skills and self-driven approach to work
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
