What you’ll achieve
As a Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing large impact cross functional projects. You will be focusing on data engineering and solution design in early stage, and lead through the planning, development, launch and support cycles. You will work with channel GBO leadership and operational teams through out the program cycle

You will:

• Leads team in planning, managing, and controls the activities that provide data automation, BI, and productivity solutions and support functions. 
• Promote culture of accountability and continuous improvement for the team by providing guidance on best practices, tools and methodologies. Delivers on solutions and analytics roadmap, while always identifying new opportunities and prioritization of recommendations.
• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
• Reports and presents solutions and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
• Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis.
• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget, and quality.
• Drives and leads process improvement projects.
• Continuously monitors, identifies and implements the best practices, new tools and methods
• Analyzes data and provides interpretations and various reports for the business.
• Aligns multiple organizations around difficult or complex solutions and issues
• Applies understanding and hands on experience in industry standards and tools
• Collaborates with leaders from technical teams and business units
• Significant contributor to organizational goals and objective

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in designing and delivering business process automation solutions and business Analytics solutions
• Advanced technical aptitude and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of the business environment
• Experience and proficiency with database development and DBMS systems. 
• Experience with software and solution development.
• Experience managing high performing teams.

Desirable requirements

• Expertise in Channel data structure and operational processes.
• Understands the PAG Strategic Roadmap and applies within the context of their organizational assignment. Uses the related reference architectures and roadmaps for Cloud, Mobile, Integration, OpenSource, Big Data, etc.
