Key job responsibilities

Work with the relevant internal & External teams as well as vendors to track status of inbounds

Define and ensure process adherence by vendors to ensure timely supply availability

Collaborate with vendors, instock team, sellers and FC teams to streamline inbound process

Track key metrics and deep dive to identify issues and work with the respective teams to drive suitable solutions

Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines by working closely with the compliance teams and vendors

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree - 2+ years of sourcing, Supply chain and In stock management. Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key client and supplier stakeholders that have resulted in high customer satisfaction - Proven experience in developing long-term relationships, and engaging with right stakeholders to adhere to and improve processes - Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data.

The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills - Proficient in Excel, SQL / Programming languages
Proficient in Business Writing Skills
