The Skittles Sr. Associate Brand Manager is responsible for driving US activation and growth in the Fruit Snacks cell, working on the iconic and critical brand SKITTLES®. This associate will have primarily responsibility for SKITTLES®, but will have opportunity to work on initiatives with impact across the cell. This associate must generate and execute market plans based on headspace opportunities and flywheel activation choices that will drive core growth and value creation. On SKITTLES® specifically, this associate will be instrumental in setting a new path to stabilize and future-proof this brand, working in coordination with the Sr. Brand Manager to develop and deploy brand strategies and above and beyond annual plans. As the US is the largest business unit for SKITTLES®, this associate will also need to have a global mindset, influencing development of global activations and innovations to deliver on local market needs, and also enabling US activities and learnings to “travel†to other markets.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
2+ years experience in brand marketing
Experience developing marketing plans and leading activation within one demand environment, with focus on flawless execution
Excellent communication and networking skills
Demonstrated success in leading within a cross-functional team
Knowledge of sales/category in the US market
Contribute to US Fruit Snacks strategy and value creation plan
Lead development of multi-year activation plans to deliver the plan, both top- and bottom-line
Ensure that plans developed locally and/or through the central innovation and content teams deliver against brand and market needs, reflect real consumer insights and trends, and deliver business/financial requirements
Execute marketing plans – activation, renovation, and innovation – with excellence, including: cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction, and learnings to improve future performance
Develop & track growth levers through flywheel analysis (i.e. price-pack, reach+, etc.)
Collaborate with Customer Marketing to engage Sales and join key customer calls.
Participate actively in forecasting to understand brand and market trends and drive a quality demand call
Act as a leader within the broader Fruit Snacks cell team, working to create a highly engaged team culture across the Marketing and cross-functional teams
