The Business Architecture and Planning – Services Modernization team understands the E2E Service Modernization Offerings. The team ensures that all technology strategies developed by IT deliver exactly the amount of value specified during inception. They own the IT project prioritization, business architecture, sequencing, and technology governance processes for all aspects of business they support.

What you will achieve

As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Dell Technology Services Business Architecture and Planning team, your role will be to serve as Tower Lead, looking across the Services Sales Enablement portfolio. This will require a deep understanding of both the business strategy and technology that supports Services Sales Enablement.  The successful candidate pulls together many disparate business units across Dell to form a cohesive approach to executing against our most critical 5-year business objectives as well as wield significant influence in developing the overall 5-year strategic plan as it relates to Services Sales Enablement. This is a fun, fast-paced position that exercises significant influence across the Global business in order to accelerate achievement of our business strategy.

You Will:

Look across the entire Services Sales Enablement Portfolio to develop a cohesive roadmap

Influences the strategic and long-term focus by providing authoritative advice to Services Sales Enablement Director and Senior leadership.

Ensure annual operational objectives for Services Sales Enablement technology roadmap are delivered

Monitor overall portfolio investments and plans for execution and ensure alignment to delivery and strategic commitments

Takes the lead in consolidating end to end portfolio views and prepares executive communications for the same

Presents to multiple executive customers and partners with cross-functional stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Expert ability to prepare executive level communications and presentation materials

Expert ability to make complex decisions.

Direct experience with Portfolio leadership / Tower Lead Responsibilities

Expert level experience in designing and implementing Governance processes or playbooks

Desirable Requirements:

Experience with Sales Tools, SDR, Billing capabilities and Apex

Dell IT architecture knowledge

MBA or other equivalent technical Master’s degree preferred.
