Position Summary: 
The incumbent will work primarily with Martin Brower business stakeholders and cloud team delivering enterprise level services and solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents. Additionally, lead the development of technology solutions to meet business objectives creating a more modern workplace at Martin Brower. This includes analyzing specific and complex business problems to be solved with applications. As a member of the Power Platform Community of Practice, assist in the identification and development processes and procedures within applications that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. Create specifications for systems to meet business requirements, configure system settings and manage unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 
Serve as the Microsoft Power Platform subject matter expert by proactively developing, coordinating, and providing on-going training, functional, and technical direction to the super-users (citizen developers) to enable a self-service environment.
Execute the full systems lifecycle for projects: define requirements, design a solution, develop, test, and implement a solution that meets business needs and enhances processes.
Develop, maintain, and support solutions developed using the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agent, as well as future technologies.
Provide training and mentorship to peers in the ongoing development, support and adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Utilize an agile project management methodology to lead projects, deliver solutions and communicate status.
Identify and urgently solve problems to support business processes, systems, interfaces, reports, and meet the service level agreement goals.
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Pursue continuous learning consistent with evolving job requirements, ongoing changes in technology, and changes in the organization.
As an internal consultant, develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes in area(s) of assignment; participate in, and learn how to perform, the analysis of the customer’s processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Proactively engage with Power Platform users to understand the business processes and functional requirements of change requests ranging from simple to complex
Develop professional working relationships across all levels of the organization from distribution center personnel to services groups and IT management.
Work closely with management, business users, stakeholders and technical teams to build quality, extensible power platform apps
Ability to adapt quickly, stay abreast of emerging technologies and self-learn.
Ability to create well thought-out integrated application design with input from others.
Develop technical and user documentation for the ongoing support of applications.
Travel 0-10%
