Job Purpose and Impact

The RDC Finance Project Lead is a business facing role where you will engage with leaders across the organization to understand the key business drivers. Partnering with each transformation leader will be critical to your success. Developing a roadmap leveraging the existing assets and driving next generation technology solutions is key to the transformation. The team includes Analysts, Solution Leads and Project Managers working across the IT (Information Technology) organization (and managed service partners) to execute projects and support activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as a systems and technology expert to ensure the processes and systems support the business.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, peers and leadership to ensure solutions are implemented successfully using best practices and recommend how to improve current practices across the business.
• Identify any customizations required to support the business "To Be" processes, applying "Straight Thru Processing" (STP) concepts.
• Ensure application enhancements or changes to existing architecture are supported with robust test cases, subsequent testing and ensure end to end transaction scenarios are executed, confirming no disconnects between the functional groups and process activities.
• Participate in process development, communication, training and implementation, providing technical expertise for application support, troubleshooting, and identification of complex risks; presenting and escalating identified issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Recognize risks, design controls and Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts to mitigate and eliminate risks.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating with regional and global project teams
• Experience managing a team and driving deliverables to completion on time, every time
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO expertise
• CPA license
