Are you passionate about bringing people together and building inspiring, memorable, and engaging experiences? We are seeking a high-judgment, detail-oriented, and creative digital event professional to help manage highly visible, large-scale events for Amazon sellers across Europe. Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon marketplace. The Sr. Program Manager for Seller Events will be part of a team that owns the strategy and execution for experiential Amazon Seller events whether virtual, physical, or hybrid for a global audience.

In this role, you and your team will develop event strategy and execution plans, working with cross-functional teams to build scalable, durable solutions to host tens of thousands of attendees for multi-day, virtual conferences, and develop the strategy regarding hybrid events for sellers moving forward. You will work directly with external vendors, internal teams and leaders, engineers, and other members of your team to align on strategy and approach, develop content, and create new measurement strategies to understand the effectiveness of the events you host.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in event management and execution, and is ready to adapt and lead in the new world of digital events. You will own event goals, and identify the relevant event technology needs to achieve those goals, while overseeing a variety of partners to ensure all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience for event participants. To be successful in this role candidates need to be creative, technically savvy, and driven to deliver exceptional event experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
· Business fluent (both written and verbal) in English
· 5+ years supporting large or complex corporate or public events
·Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior experience in B2B event marketing, sponsorship management, or content operations
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience building professional relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
· Strong decision making skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
· Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and sometimes ambiguous environment
· Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Impeccable organization and project management skills
· Ability to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
