We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Business Operations Strategy to join our EU WFS Team to manage both the rhythm of business as well as lead the function through major initiatives. The role will sit in the Products and Programs function and work directly with the Director of EU WFS to manage major operational initiatives. The role will also partner closely with Global WFS in Seattle and local business planning along with EU WFS leaders. We are looking for candidates with a passion for developing and communicating big ideas, providing an important voice at the table in big decisions / challenges and advising leaders on the path forward. This role needs to be comfortable with influencing outcomes with data and writing.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record working on complex projects that involve multiple countries, multiple teams & stakeholders. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills that is passionate about simplification and innovation with a demonstrable experience of effective decision making and ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities include:
· Lead the EU WFS rhythm of business including standard business cadence, planning for business events (e.g., Peak), and ad hoc requests
· Lead critical initiatives across EU WFS. Develop a strategy and goals. Build a portfolio of high impact projects and lead them to execution and implementation.
· Collect, analyze, and present data. Develop and maintain metrics and reports that assist in managing business operations. This includes WBR metrics and supporting narratives that will measure success in meeting operational and project goals.
· Lead the EU WFS story in both regular cadence (MBR, QBR, etc.) but also ad hoc updates.
· Partner with EU WFS, Global WFS and other stakeholders to build and roll out EU WFS initiatives
· Lead the Peak and Prime Day EU WFS supporting programs
· Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution.
· Own communications to the EU WFS leadership team
· Subject Matter Expertise – develop deep knowledge of program management and change management
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field.
· Past experience in program and / or business management
· Proven expertise in leading complex programs across multiple geographies, working with cross functional teams..
· Fluent in English.
· A formal qualification in project management.
· Experience working with high volume hiring processes and tools.
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems, workflow tools and/or customer relationship management tools.
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems, workflow tools and/or customer relationship management tools.
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
