The Adobe XD team is passionate about empowering the creative community to design and collaborate at the speed of thought. We strive to engage our community in all aspects of the creative process and build strong connections between our product and our users. We are seeking an individual who combines strong UI/UX product knowledge with customer advocacy skills.
The role
The Product Manager for Design Advocacy, will define and support the community engagement strategy for Adobe XD and related Creative Cloud design products. You will be responsible for establishing a common advocacy narrative to be communicated across multiple channels that serve our community. You will work closely with product managers, content creators, product marketing managers and other community stakeholders in orchestrating a plan of action that will foster customer engagement, drive positive sentiment and lead to the success of the community at large.

We’re looking for an effective team player with strong communication skills to work across the organization and within the community. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX products, with strong messaging and storytelling skills to develop a customer-centric narrative around the community and products.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Identify target customers, their needs, and how products will meet those needs; be a conduit for the voice of the customer to the cross-functional teamsÂ
Orchestrate a narrative and engagement plan that scales to meet community expectations.
Partner with Product Management to develop content strategies, gain customer insights and drive improve customer engagement.
Author content most useful to the community and core value of the products.
Ensure the strategy is working by monitoring KPIs, holding partner teams accountable for their piece of the puzzle, and ensuring that we act as an extension of the community.

Requirements:
Strong UI/UX product user experience required
Proven track record of thinking creatively, taking the initiative and constructively advocating on behalf of customers.
Ability to distill complex issues down to a simple story and communicate effectively to different audiences
 Experience building and growing relationships with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Marketing, Growth and other community stakeholders)
Excellent communication skills – presentation and verbal
Proven writer with ability to author content aimed at inspiring, training and engaging audiences
5+ years of product management and/or product design experience, ideally with focus on creative or collaborative tools
