The ISV Partner Sales Team helps companies market and sell their AWS offerings by providing valuable business, technical, and marketing support. More than 90% of Fortune 100 companies and the majority of Fortune 500 companies utilize AWS software partner solutions and services. We are looking for candidates who will work closely with AWS field sellers and costumers and will become the “Go-To†person for Chief of Data officers (CDO’s) when they are working on their Data strategy by helping them to understand, assess and decide the best data software vendor strategy powered by AWS and the APN program.
Key job responsibilities
The Data ISM owns the Data ISVs partner go-to-market and sell-with responsibilities in France and ensures that:
- Customers and AWS and ISV sales teams understand the value of ISV Data partners and how to engage
- A strategic Data plan is created for its geography;
- Internal and external enablement and marketing activities happen
- ISV Data partners have brand awareness and drive new customer demand
- Qualified Data ISV partners are recommended for opportunities and deliver quality results (you will be responsible for working with customers and AWS account teams to create and advance qualified sales opportunities)
- Partners know what is required for success in the territory where they operate
- Customer’s business and technology stakeholders get a compelling vision of becoming a data-driven enterprise and The Data ISV partners are supported in building their consulting partner network in its region by recommending SIs in AWS APN program.
You will leverage technology partners to drive AWS adoption and exceptional customer outcomes in the territory based on the partner expertise. Ultimately you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption within the designated territory.
You will possess industry knowledge, direct sales and ISV partner sales experience, and demonstrated proficiency scaling a business through a partner ecosystem. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of technology-related sales experience working with customer accounts and partners. technologies in the industry.
- Prior experience working with or for Data ISVs to drive sales in the outlined territory
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Fluent English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in France with AWS Data Consulting Partners and/or Data Software partners
- Direct sales experience.
- Understanding of database and analytical
- Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
- Presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
- Experience working within the enterprise software development industry and matrixed environments.
- Deep experience managing joint GTM success with software partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities.
- Experience in Partner Sales or overlay sales roles -- building bridges and collaborating between partner and company field sales organizations to build mutual trust, sales enablement and joint sales motions.
- Experience developing and promoting technology partner value propositions to direct sales organizations.
- Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV software partners including joint sales enablement, demand generation, lead tracking, deal registration and joint sales reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as a profound willingness to collaborate with multi-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally.
