Job Description:
The Person Investing Technology Talent team is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for talent and people that can use their program & project management experience to engage in integrated talent strategy initiatives. You will partner across the team to ensure successful program delivery across priority talent initiatives.
Responsibilities may require you to:
Develop detailed project plans
Lead small group working sessions / debrief sessions, collecting detailed notes and synthesizing feedback
Develop, host and coordinate senior leader involvement in external and internal virtual events
Partner with key collaborators (PI Technology Managers, PI HR, Enterprise TA, etc.) to manage timelines and partner needs
Develop and lead program evaluation strategy
Support the development and deployment of program communications in alignment with broader Talent Tech Strategy initiatives and program results
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, OD, Human Resources or related field preferred
5-7 years of talent management or human resources experience
Experience working in large, sophisticated organizations
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Results driven with outstanding collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal skills, can effectively influence, build solids relationships, and is customer centric.
The Team
As a Senior Program Manager, Talent Experience, will be an integral member of our Talent Strategy squad. We are launching a multi-disciplinary team to drive the Tech Talent Strategy forward in growing the pace of hiring and simultaneously investing to retain our talent. The end-to-end, multi-pronged Talent Strategy includes:
Market Presence and Employer Brand: Marketing and Talent Acquisition, drive business engagement in PIT’s external Marketing, Social Media and Press Presence to build our external brand as a career destination and attract outstanding technologists into PI Technology.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience: Partner with Talent Acquisition, PIT Managers and PI HR operationalize accelerated hiring strategies to identify, engage talent.
Associate Development & Growth: In collaboration Home Office Learning, Agile Leadership Development (ALD) and Personal Investing Human Resource, develop the needed skills of today across PIT and stay ahead of skill trends and evolution of technology skill expectations for tomorrow.
