• Develop partner strategy recommendations and business insights for executive leadership  
• Manage a team of analysts to develop regional support insights 
• Analyze performance trends and support regional partner managers 
• Create a balanced scorecard for the BPO partner portfolio 
• Develop a cost-to-serve model for the BPO partners 
• Define and implement processes & tools to help optimize costs for Disney Streaming

• Turn ambiguous information into insights and recommendations in a rapid growth environment 
  
• Partner with Finance, Tools, HR, and Communications to integrate key processes

What to Bring

• 10+ years of customer support experience working with Strategy/Outsourcing partner(s) in a high growth and seasonal environment
• 6+ years growing and leading a robust team 
• 3+ years handling c-suite relationships and driving dedication within strategic outsourcing partner relationships 
• Collaboration, especially as a specialist at getting things done, all with a positive demeanor
• Leadership skills that form teams, relationships, and credibility as a trusted partner 
• Ability to clearly and regularly communicate to senior executives on strategies, goals, and status across all brands 
• Ability to establish relationships with key business partners, drive innovation and change across fields by gaining results through influence
• Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and distributed environment
• Self-motivation, high-energy, resourcefulness!
