Job Description

• Manage the respective regional regulatory content and the team (including participating in day-to-day regulatory content enhancement, expansion, and/or maintenance processes for the respective region)• Provide customers/clients support (by providing regulatory support to various departments at 3E by channeling the inquiries to the relevant team members as well as making decisions in helping the team to formulate the regulatory analysis when the answer falls in the gray area or it requires further in-depth regulatory/legal analysis)• Align the regional regulatory roadmap/content with 3E’s regulatory content offerings• Hire and train new employee(s), as needed• Conduct employees’ annual reviews and performance management• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned .Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.• Responsibility• Develops objectives.
