Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading all aspects of build, launch and lifecycle of Enterprise Mobility, including commercialization, functionality and launch readiness. This role needs to be abreast of new mobile technology and industry trends in order to provide guidance on product strategy and new development needs. Serving as a cross-function team at the center of a fast paced, highly visible effort. The role will report to the of Director, Mobile Product but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to launch Enterprise Mobility.

Deep understanding of business mobility services and industry trends to complement Charter’s wireline portfolio and create a differentiated product offering.

Deep understanding of business customer needs, buying habits and pain points and how to translate them into a product that best fits the customer’s current buying journey.

Ability to evaluate new trends, technology changes and business opportunities to translate conceptual ideas and high-level products opportunities into innovative technology-based services.

Ensure product opportunities are communicated to product development and IT groups so systems and processes are updated accordingly.

Leadership across cross-functional teams and ability to communicate to all levels of Mobile and Enterprise Product.

Develop assumptions and direction for take rate, churn, growth rate and industry level segmentation that will be used to develop forecasts and business case modeling.

Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results. Work with engineering, product management peers, marketing stakeholders and key market areas on implementing strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent analytical skills

Strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Education

BS in Engineering or other technical degree related to telecommunications, field or operational / process optimization related field required

MBA preferred, but not required

Related Work Experience

5-7 years of Product Development Process

5-7 years of Related industry experience (Mobility, Enterprise Services,

/Private Wireless)

Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Mobile, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services

The pay for this position has a minimum of $107,600.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
