What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Manager of Service Delivery, you will be responsible for a set of accounts steady state service delivery. You will oversee ECSAs, Presentation engineers, ODBAs, etc. to ensure that our customers receive high touch services. You will be responsible for ongoing relationship building with customer leaders. You also will be responsible for maintaining your teams career progression roadmaps and creating a 'winning culture'.

You will:

  • Be the senior leader contact for a set of Virtustream's Epic customers
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure work satisfies our customers desires and contractual obligations
  • Lead a team and be responsible for helping them with career growth and planning
  • Work with the Director of the Healthcare Services team on strategical and tactical plans for the future of the organization
  • Work with the Director of the Healthcare Services team to build a great culture where the team wants to continue their career

Essential Requirements

  • 3 + years experience as a people manager or leader
  • 5 + years’ in a services or delivery environment
  • 5 + years experience with the technical side of Epic & EHR environments

Desirable Requirements

  • One or more Epic certifications
  • Experience leading large projects
  • Experience working with customer leadership & executives
