The (Flexible Access Strategy, Business Growth, and Innovation Leader) will define, develop, orchestrate, and implement strategies to ensure the long-term growth and profitability of Cox Automotive Mobility Flexible Access.  The role will work across the Cox Automotive Mobility organization in the US to build the short and long term growth strategies, incubate new ideas, work with new clients and partners on business development initiatives and drive growth. They will lead the team responsible for driving key initiatives and providing consultative services to clients on how to design, implement, and grow their flexible access products and services.

PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES

•    Define and prioritize short and long term growth strategies of the Flexible Access Business unit based on fact based analysis •    Lead cross-functional efforts across product, sales, marketing to prepare the analysis required to evaluate business and market opportunities. 

•    Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams across the organization to align on priorities, resource needs and execution plan

•    Own the development of key strategic initiatives to give shape to new opportunities by applying rigorous fact-based logic, analytics, and business smarts to identify key value drivers and lay the groundwork for success

•    Lead various growth initiatives/incubation efforts in partnership with different clients

•    Generate consulting revenue and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders in the automotive ecosystems to execute on business development initiatives (OEM, dealerships, etc.)

•    Champion new opportunities across the organization, working collaboratively to identify critical business needs and remove key roadblocks and drive execution

•    Act as internal consultants to structure operational processes – reporting, customer support, etc.

•    Lead major engagements with Clients end to end and monitor for success till the project transitions to BAU

•    Monitor the health of the business and various strategic initiatives through structured KPI and reporting

•    Identify areas for improvement across the business to drive operational excellence and improve customer experience

•    Provide direction and guidance to a team of professionals

   

Qualifications:

•    10 years of work experience in similar roles. Consulting experience preferred •    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

•    Master’s degree preferred

•    Excel in developing and applying strategic and business analysis to unclear problems (i.e. using business, market, channel, competitive and financial analytics, applying consumer, brand, and capabilities assessments, etc.)

•    Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data to see the big picture, analyze and summarize vast amounts of information as well as understand all the detail supporting the analysis

•    Project management, leadership, and solid ability to problem-solve creatively

•    Solid organizational skills, analytical ability to work with processes, numbers, and statistics

•    Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite leaders

•    Develop internal and external presentations

•    Ability to innovate, think differently and work with external and internal stakeholders

•    Have a transformation and innovation mindset

•    Strong skills on keeping leaders informed of key milestones across multiple strategic initiatives

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without many direct reports – prioritization will be key in working for a small business unit

•    Strong client mindset and passion for customer experience

•    Other duties as needed or required

•    Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements.
