Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

1. Lead the Team in Support & Implementation projects in the Master Data scope in SPM Cat Parts systems.

2. Follow End to End Change Request Management Tasks for Functional Requirements / Business council Items.

• Requirement gathering from Business

• Create and review functional requirement documents

• Perform manual unit testing and

• Integration testing of new functionality

• Ensure Teams 100% SOX compliance, etc.

3. Monitor and Support Production System / Jobs. Communicate to business partner the issue impact and resolution. Handle business partner inquiries, coordinating the resolution with the various support groups.

4. Follow defined support processes, with focus on ITSM incident management.

5. Coordinating with the MD team for support activity (24 x 7) & provide MD functional / technical guidance to the Team.

Required Qualifications:

1. SAP MD/MM consultant with 10+  years’ experience with hands on experience in SPM.

• Strong knowledge & Work experience on Material, Vendor, Customer & Business Partner concepts in Master data.

• Strong knowledge & Work experience on LSMW & Debug Idoc, Bdoc & Queues.

• Good Hands on experience with CIF & BATCH Jobs.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - BE / B.Tech or equivalent with strong analytical & decision making skills. 

3. Client/Business partner facing skills, ability to run workshops.

4. Experience on Handling a team for support & implementation projects.

5. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

6. Good knowledge of Tidal, HPQC & Service Now Tools.

7. Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts, when needed.

Added advantage –

• Debugging knowledge of ABAP Development

• Having ETL knowledge

• S4 HANA implementation experience
